For years Tonya Fairley has been sharing her journey and transforming lives. While a Corporate Trainer for over 15 years at a leading finance company, she developed leadership programs that focused on the benefits of using personal development to reach end results. Believing that she had more to offer, she followed her dreams and started her own business. As a salon owner and a leadership developer, she takes the opportunity to mentor, speak and teach every client that she comes in contact with and is rewarded by the experiences. As a businesswoman who now owns 3 companies she pushes forward in spite of her fear with a smile on her face.
