What’s your “why” behind what you do?
I believe that the right message delivered effectively can change the world. The problem is that too many messages are delivered with “interference” that stops the audience from hearing it. As former professional magician I learned the art of commanding a stage early in my career. As a high school teacher I specialized in reaching an audience at every level. For over two decades I have studied how audiences receive and respond to new information. This allows me to help you MAXIMIZE the impact of your message!
What’s your personal advice on how to rise above adversity?
My philosophy is that every mistake we make leads us closer to our goal. Speaking is a great example of this. No one gives a perfect presentation on their first attempt, but if you are receiving valuable feedback and you apply what you have learned you will continue to get closer to perfect each time. Life is a series of opportunities to grow and learn. We just need to keep getting up off the group and accepting the next opportunity!
What are you personally most proud of in the past year?
In the past year I have had the opportunity to work with multiple Olympic Athletes, Bestselling Authors, Business Leaders and others who have messages to share. The impact of these messages could change the world if they were effectively delivered. It has been my honor to help these important messengers have an impact on hundreds of thousands of lives by improving the effectiveness of their presentations.
What kind of legacy do you wish to leave behind?
My children are my most important legacy. I want them to see a father who gives more than he receives. I want them to know father who is quick to forgive, inclusive of all, fights for the forgotten, and edifies others.
